What is the return policy?
We hope you’ll fall in love with your Eleora products — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Due to the handmade and natural nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used items.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
